As for the titles be nice to make them appropriate for the guild. But maybe we should decide what ranks we should have.
Some generic ranks I found:
- Recruit (Peon) - Someoe who just joined the guild
- Member (Grunt) - Established player, plays by themselves
- Soldier (Wolf Claw) - Player who participates in 5 player content
- Lieutenant (Wolf Herder) - Leader of 5 player content, and can be promoted to Field General
- Field Soldier (Raider) - Player who participates in 10+ player content (Raids)
- Field General (Raider Chieftain) - Leader of 10+ player content
- Officer (War Chief) - First officer rank
- Lt. Commander (Witch Doctor) - Second officer rank
- Commander (Warlord) - Guild Master

A gradual increase in access I think would work here.
